    Less than satisfactory
Service was everything that any other company should aspire to provide. I did, however, find my experience with the gloves less commendable and lacking in function over appearance. I misunderstood the "fully lined" description in that I thought they would be a warmer glove. It's lined more for padding than warmth. From a historical standpoint, this glove IS meant to be worn with a layered system for winter flying. In this respect, I will agree with CRM that larger sizes would be very convenient for someone like myself who is looking for warmth or to layer.

After about two weeks of use, a few teeth on my left glove zipper are missing, and both gloves are torn at a few of the seams. Use includes riding a Ural motorcycle a few days a week to my local airfield for flight training, and are kept indoors with my flight cap and goggles on a shelf by the door. (No helmet law in AZ!) All in all, the gloves are very pretty and feel nice on the hands, but my pair didn't last me very long. Maybe mine came from a bad run?

    it was a great experience
This was my first purchase from FlightJacket, and I must say it was a great experience. The service was topnotch and fast, and I am very pleased with the quality of the product. I actually had sourced this product firstly from another supplier, and ran into some problems with their website. I attempted to reach them through their contact phone number, but got only an answering machine, and never did get a call back. It was then that I went searching for an alternate supplier and found your website. I'm glad I did.

If I can make one comment, as a Canadian customer, it is much less costly to have goods shipped USPS as opposed to UPS. The reason for that is the fact that we rarely are charged any duty under $100.00 when it comes through the postal service, and no brokerage fees. Although you gave me free shipping, UPS actually charged me over $40 brokerage on this item! Nonetheless, I'm very happy to have these gloves - they're a rare item - and I thank you for that.

As a matter of interest I've made quite a few purchases from U.S. Wings and BestGlide among others, and now that I've found your website you'll undoubtedly hear from me again. Thanks again.
