Create your favorite cool jacket with racing stripes. Put leather racing stripes on your leather MA-1 or Sportster jacket. Choose from our selection of designs, or create your own. The MA-1 is shown with slit pockets, but can be made with snap down pocket flaps.

Racing stripes are not only used on race cars, but they are also used on the boats of the coast guards. In 1965, the coast guards began using "Racing Stripe" or "Slash" emblem to identify their ships. It was a wide red ban to the upper right of a narrow blue bar canted at 64 degrees and running from lower left to upper right. A stylized version of the coast guard emblem was placed on the red bar.
Today, the service and its missions have been associated with the Racing Stripe symbol and its unique color scheme for more than 40 years. During this time, Racing Stripes has been a de-escalating influence in high tension maritime missions, and stands as the most successful branding program of any federal military agency in the US government.
